Grocery Ad Update…

Just to update you on the grocery store weekly ads..

Savmemart had a 14 Day ad so they have the same great deals as last week HERE

Foods Co-Their ad ended Thanksgiving, and there is NOT a new ad available

Raleys-No new ad

Safeway-No new ad, but I had a few new Just For U prices in my account.

Food Source-their deals run through the 27th

Last year Raley’s had their Thanksgiving meals in a box for 50% off the day or 2 after Thanksgiving so I would keep an eye out for that.
If anyone happens to go IN to any of these stores and see that they still have any great deals goin on from their previous ads, leave a comment and post it on Facebook.

The next few days are generally the worst time to buy groceries because there is not an ad so you don’t know what is on sale until you get there-but if you see some great deals on holiday items-remember what you will need to make all these things again for Christmas!

When I was volunteering at church, a friend of mine kept telling me about using coupons and how you can save all this money buying stuff at the store. I thought “I can’t really save that much using coupons, besides with me, my husband, and 7 kids I just need to be used to spending a lot because we use a lot.”

Well, I homeschool my children, and since my wonderful husband gave me my own laptop for Mother’s Day, and I had a child struggling in math, in between math problems, I started looking into this whole coupon thing.

When I saw what other people were getting with coupons, and the crazy prices they were getting it for, I was convinced. I started printing out coupons while my kids did school, and having them cut them out when they were done!
