Does Anyone Have Bisquick in Their Stockpile??
Awhile back I ended up with a bunch of Bisquick in my stockpile! I think Rraley’s and Savemart had some kind of Buy 10 sale that made them $1 a box or something cheap like that.
As I was going through Pinterest I found this recipe. RED LOBSTER Cheese biscuits. I love the Red Lobster biscuits and I figured if these were even close it would be worth it!
So-I printed the recipe and had my daughter make them. She wants to get married some day so she should know how to cook (great excuse right?)
These took her less than 10 minutes to make and they taste EXACTLY like Red Lobster’s!!
Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder ( I also added Italian Seasoning)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Mix baking mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix margarine and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
I also just signed up for the FREE Bisquick Newsletter.
My goal is to actually start using what I ALREADY HAVE in my pantry before buying more!!
