- 1 (8 ounce) package surimi , diced
- 4 ounces cream cheese , softened ( I still have the FREE ones I got from Raley’s last month!)
- 1 -2 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 3 green onions , diced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese , shredded (you should have lots of cheese from Safeway last week!)
Directions:

Combine all the ingredients except the cheese in a 8×8 microwave-safe dish. Top with the shredded cheese. Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until bubbling hot. Serve with wheat crackers.
